Centerville Wins Fifth GWOC Title in Six Years

Miamisburg – The GWOC Championships held at Pipestone saw the Centerville Girls golf team deliver an impressive performance to secure the championship. With a total score of 317, Centerville finished 12 strokes ahead of second-place Springboro. The winning team featured Brigid Nickell, Nithya Nunna, Ava Snow, and Norah Durbin. This victory reestablishes Centerville at the top of the GWOC after Springboro’s win last season and marks their fifth title in the past six years.

The top five individual scorers were Kelsey Brown from Springboro with a score of 74, Brigid Nickell from Centerville with a 75, Nithya Nunna from Centerville with a 77, Taylor Dunkle from Springboro with a 78, and Taylor Stringfield from Wayne with a 79.
