Indian Lake wins CBC match at Prairie View

Indian Lake’s varsity girls golf team came up victorious in Friday’s matchup against Ben Logan at Prairie View Golf Course. The Lakers took the win with a team total of 208, while the Lady Raiders finished with a 225.

Adriana Andrus was the medalist with a 48 followed by Alex Kinney (49), and Lily Michael (53).

Annika Schmidt led Benjamin Logan with a 53, followed by Catherine Bramlage (55), and Bea Warren at (58), The Lady Raiders are set to return to action Tuesday when they host North Union at Liberty Hills Golf Course.

Riverside Competes in Tri-Match at Arrowhead Golf Course

The Riverside Lady Pirates hit the course Friday for a tri-match at Arrowhead Golf Course against Minster and Delphos Jefferson. Minster came away with the team win, posting a 184. Delphos Jefferson followed with a 216, while Riverside finished the day with a 232.

Reaghan McDaniel led the way for the Lady Pirates, turning in a standout performance with an even-par 36. Her score matched the school record for the second time and earned her medalist honors. Additional scores for Riverside included Adalynn Calaway with a 56, Lei Hurley with a 63, and Grace Owen with a 77.

West Liberty-Salem Stays Unbeaten with Tri-Match Sweep

West Liberty-Salem continued its strong start to the season, improving to 5-0 after a tri-match sweep at Liberty Hills Golf Course. The Lady Tigers recorded a team score of 207 to defeat Mechanicsburg (223) and Greenon (248).

Olivia Reichardt led the Tigers with a 43. Geneva Estep followed with a 51, Taylor Cook added a 54, and Marisa Smith rounded out the team’s scoring with a 59. West Liberty-Salem will travel to Woodland on Tuesday to take on Triad.
