One of the most empowering features of No 3 Putt Golf is our commitment to providing female golfers with an accessible way to share their stories. We offer a unique space where athletes can upload their own videos, showcasing their training routines, match highlights, and personal insights. This golfer content section is a user-generated community where every golfer’s voice can be heard.
Our Story
Our journey began during a challenging time – the COVID-19 pandemic. With my daughter Bree’s softball season on hold and eventually canceled, we decided to explore a new sport. Armed with a set of golf clubs, we headed to the local course and played her first nine holes together. From that moment, Bree was hooked on golf, and I found the perfect excuse to spend more time on the greens.
As Bree’s interest in golf grew, we embarked on a journey to explore college opportunities across the country. Visiting schools from NAIA, JUCO, and NCAA Division II and III, we realized the importance of exposure for athletes at all levels. We also realized there were limited golf specific platforms for athletes to connect with college coaches and show their accomplishments. This sparked the idea behind No 3 Putt Golf – to connect athletes with opportunities and help them navigate their path in golf.
Meet Frank Stid
Frank is no stranger to coaching and mentoring. With over three decades of experience, he has coached football, basketball, and track across various levels, from youth to college. Now retired from the gridiron, Frank channels his expertise into other areas. He serves as a color commentator for Champaign County football on 106.9 The Bull and currently coaches basketball at Madison Plains High School in London, Ohio.
Frank’s dedication to sports and his insightful commentary make him a respected figure in the community. His coaching career and ongoing involvement in high school sports provide a solid foundation for guiding young athletes on their journey. Frank is married to Stephanie and has two other daughters (Chloe and Kassie).
Meet Bree Stid
Bree is a talented athlete and recent graduate of Indian Lake High School in Ohio. She participated in both golf and basketball, earning her varsity letters and several accolades. Bree was named to the all-league 2nd team twice and achieved 1st team honors in her senior year. Additionally, she was recognized by the Bellefontaine Examiner as part of the all-area first team.
Now, Bree is continuing her golf journey at Shawnee State University, where she aims to refine her skills and compete at a higher level.
